Depends on your assessment of "assasination attempt". People with credible service in threat mitigation actually put that number slightly higher.

People that think "assassination attempt" only means guns will put that number at 0.

I'd ask for specifics, but you are most likely just copy/pasting what you hear and want to be true.

What are your acceptable parameters for the term "assassination attempt"?

For instance is ricin mailed to Obama's residence an "assassination attempt" to you? What about homemade explosives?

If someone mailed a package to Trump, and there was a homemade explosive inside, is that an "assassination attempt" ?
