when starting to make money, to save some, (have a nut), is hard. Those new shoes, the fancy shirt, the beer, the concert, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc,

Are Constantly telling,
people starting out,

              Just say,
     gimme, Gimme, GIMME !
And you will get what ever you want !

 I disagree.  The numbr of financial literacy programs are considerably higher today than they were over the past 50 years.  I questioned this information myself until I started doing the research, then assigned a team to look into it when setting up the program specifically for the at-risk youth at my shop.

 The obvious reason is the internet, but even at that the education specific to saving money is taught extensively in high-school.  However the programs lack information in regard to how certain complex loans work, like student loans etc.

 I don't feel the average kid does not know that saving money means they will have more money.  

Is it wise, in a time when we are facing high inflation, to keep your money that is just a piece of paper?

I think we could all use a bit of advice right now.

I think paper retains its value better than money. But if you don't mind, I'll pass.
