Misleading. An inconclusive result only means there is not enough residual evidence to make a confirmed rifling etch result.

If it does NOT match then it is conclusive and there is enough evidence to say they do not match.

It's like saying an inconclusive cancer test means you do NOT have cancer. This is not true.

Agreed. However your logic is innocent and NOT guilty:

"bullet that hit Charlie Kirk does NOT match the rifle at the scene connected to Tyler Robinson. So, somebody ELSE shot him."

Your declaration that "somebody ELSE shot him" means he is not guilty.

However, for the people that do not have to make everything in their life about Trump, the evidence you provide does not conclusively say this. So it does not mean "somebody else shot him". It only means there is no evidence confirming bullet fragment(s) to rifle. That's it.
