Will passing this act make elections more legitimate?
Sure.
Will passing this law make it more difficult to register to vote?
Sure
Will passing this law make it impossible for every citizen to vote?
No

So what’s all the hubub about?

First, I’d raise the voting age back to 21. One argument against that is it’s not fair that you can go fight a war but you can’t vote. Too bad, you can’t rent a car either.

Second, this will be hard to figure out, but if you don’t pay taxes, you should not be allowed to vote. Anyone who votes should see a paycheck with the difference between gross and net before voting.

No Mail-in voting.

I don’t know enough about voting machines, but when it takes days to count votes, there’s something wrong.

Finally, the idea that voting is the most important aspect of Democracy is BS. That ideology is what lead to where we are now. Voting is a privilege, not a right.

My concern is removing taxes on Social Security would remove many humans ability to vote.  Or unemployed humans who simply have enough money to not work for a year.  College students at MIT on full ride scholarships, GI Bill full ride scholarships, MENSA scholarships, none of them can vote because they have astronomically high intellects.

Men or Women that raise children full time - no vote.  Anyone earning less than 15,750 annually pay no income tax - too poor to vote.

Volunteers - Work a few days a week at the local military museum? = can't vote.

I suppose any of them could buy something, thus paying a sales tax, then they can vote right?  Or does it have to be "income tax"?

No Mail-in voting.

I disagree.  CO had no issues for decades and decades with mail voting, including when Trump won the first time, then all the sudden in 2020 mail-in voting is bad.  Veterans overseas should be able to mail-in votes.  Hospitalized humans should be able to vote, the elderly without transport etc. should be able to vote.

A technologically sound alternative is a better solution than simply removing voters voices because they are old, sick, or serving their country.

Voting is a privilege, not a right.

 That's a slogan, not legislation.

No different than teenagers saying they should have sex with whoever they want to.

Okay, we're all worried about democracy and voting now, but if you see what the Epstein case is referring to, you can clearly see that there's no such thing as a democracy.
Today I found a brand new YouTube channel from someone who normally posts on X media.
He's made six videos on YouTube, each under 10 minutes long, about the Epstein documents that will make your jaw drop.

This is his channel:
https://www.youtube.com/@TruRedGeopolitics
I'd say give it a try.

Because if you let it sink in, you'll see that the division between Democrats and Republicans is nothing more than premeditated.

What a coincidence that the Democrats have CNN and the Republicans have Fox.

Both are mainstream media outlets owned by the elite.

I now suddenly understand why we have NOS (the Dutch Broadcasting Foundation) in the Netherlands. It's not a national broadcaster, as I always feared; it's a media channel for the elite.

Watching this YouTube video  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ExsYPZEcve0 suddenly made all the pieces of the puzzle I've seen over the past 30 years fall into place.

The REAL problem with voting is that rich people's votes count more than poor people's votes. No elected official should be allowed to even speak to lobbyists without being recorded and in public. The rich make deals with politicians by bribing them.

BTW, the GOP is losing it because of their own proposed legislation: the SAVE Act ignores the fact that over half of the MAGAT voters don't have passports.

The REAL reason MAGATs are sure there's voter fraud going on:

"GOP registration worker charged with voter fraud
A campaign worker linked to a controversial Republican consulting firm has been arrested in Virginia and charged with throwing voter registration forms into a dumpster.
The suspect, Colin Small, 31, was described by a local law enforcement official as a "supervisor" in a Republican Party financed operation to register voters in Rockingham County in rural Virginia.
He was arrested after a local business owner in the same Harrisonburg, Va., shopping center where the local GOP campaign headquarters is located spotted Small tossing a bag into the trash, according to a statement Thursday by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s office. The bag was later found to contain eight voter registration forms." Local News

The US elections have a fraudulent voter rate of 0.00003- 0.00008% (Depending on sources.) for 27 YEARS. It is impossible to procedurally beat those percentages, no matter HOW you manipulate the numbers. So, NO, g0dd@mnit, the "SAVE (The GOP) Act WONT make US elections MORE secure. That is just another Trumpedo lie! You MAGATs accues others of what you WANT to be lies, then back the LIAR 100%. Morons!

MAGA  SUPPORTER ACCUSED OF VOTING FOR TRUMP UNDER DEAD RELATIVES NAME
A Delaware County man is accused of illegally voting for President Donald Trump under the names of his deceased mother and deceased mother-in-law.
Bruce Bartman, 70, of Marple Township, used Pennsylvania’s online voter registration portal to register both his deceased mother, Elizabeth Bartman, as well as his mother-in-law, Elizabeth Weihman, who died in 2019, according to voter records.
Investigators say Bartman is a registered Republican who illegally registered both deceased women as Republican voters in an attempt to reelect President Trump.
An Absentee Ballot under Elizabeth Bartman’s name was received and recorded by the Delaware County Bureau of Elections and the illegal vote was counted in the tally for the November 3 election, investigators said.
Bartman allegedly admitted to illegally registering both deceased women. He was arrested and charged with perjury and unlawful voting. Local News

Yeah, there ARE instances of voter fraud--- ALL Republican.

Typical Needles exaggeration, so we won't get the references that he demands from others..  Election fraud is not as low as Needles claims, but not as high as Trump claims in my opinion.

Also it's very clear Democrats also commit election fraud.  Political affiliation does not stop humans from committing crime.  I already posted Democrats that committed voter fraud, with references to actual court cases, but it is ignored and not Observed, so in his Observed Reality "ALL" voter fraud is from Republicans.

Bottom line is Trump lost in 2020.  Spin it however you want, the strategies he used in 2016 didn't work.  The other side did better that cycle.

"... Will passing this act make elections more legitimate? ..."

Something needs to be done.

To prevent the Likes of Timmy Tampon winning.
Who had the Wellstone,s kids to thank.

((In other words,
allowing someone
TOTALLY CROOKED))

In the automatic recount, between Boschwitz & Wellstone,
(because the margin was so close)
It was, Amazing that SO MANY 'BALLETS" were found,
In the trunk of a car,
in a Phone booth,
in a mail drop box.
Which put Wellstone on top after SEVERAL Recounts !

After Wellstone died in a airplane crash, his kids started a school which taught, How to Win a election, being a SOCIALIST.

Which Timmy did twice, and his LG taught the classes.

(Here is one JUST FOR NEEEEEDALS)

"...Throughout the weekend,
there was role-playing ,
in which the attendees held mock press conferences and gave stump speeches.
They were also taught how to handle campaign crises.
One scenario Camp Wellstone used was a situation in which a campaign manager is revealed to be having an affair with a staffer.

What do you as a candidate do about that?..."
