Which must have been a,

And clearly it was; “objective reasonableness.”

 Must have been.

I know if I crawl through the window of a barricaded door I certainly do not expect the human(s) on the other side to treat me as a passive protestor, or otherwise consider me unarmed, unable to cause significant injury or death, and without intent to do so.

Of course an unknown number of humans behind me would also be expected to be passive, unable and without intent.  No reason to think any of them would pass through the window.  No reason to think they could be armed.

Then again it was established on here that on Jan 6th only, and at this location only, any human with weapons are unarmed unless they specifically had a firearm, so there's also that.  Hockey stick to the face?  Unarmed assailant.

One topic with her death is the way in which it was handled. If you go back and watch videos of the attacks on the White House for several nights in a row in which Trump and family were moved to a safe space; now imagine a situation in which a female protester jumped the barrier and was shot and killed.

We all know how that situation occurred, the officer would not have been adjudicated in private, and frankly, there’s no guarantee he wouldn’t have been convicted of manslaughter or worse.  The victim would’ve been treated as a martyr. The antifa and George Floyd protest were exceptionally violent and the perpetrators mostly, not entirely, but mostly escaped any consequences.

This woman came through a window and was shot with no warning. Obviously, she should not have been there. The ultimate FAFO comes into play.

I just like to point out she was the only person killed that day. The police officer died of a stroke the next day, which May or not have been related to the events of the day before, and I believe two or three other people died of natural causes like heart attacks.

It was not an insurrection. It was a protest over an obviously tainted election that got out of control.

It was stupid of Trump to call for an in-person protest. Fact is, ultimately, he’s shares blame for this. He’s not the only one who shares blame.

I agree.  Had an ANTIFA human female been killed, with good reason because she intentionally went through a barricade and nobody knows if she is armed, there would have been riots.

As for being actively killed on the same day, I'm not sure that applies.  If a drunk driver collides with another car and kills the other driver instantly, but the passenger dies at 1201 AM the next day, what value is it to claim the drunk driver didn't kill two people on the same day?  The only real issue is if there is a direct nexus to cause of death.

In the Jan 6 case there is no conclusive direct nexus that can say any human died on a date after Jan 6, because of Jan 6 events.  They could have died of a stroke anyway.  Unless you don't like Trump, then they would have lived to 120 years old.  But if you do like Trump they absolutely were going to die on Jan 7 guaranteed, without question.

As I’ve said before, you gotta be an absolute blast at parties…

Sure, it’s possible had the Jan protest not occurred and it was a regular day for a DC policeman, he might have been fine.  No one knows that. The lie that is still told to this day however is that he was murdered that day.

Yes the Jan 6 protestors were not adjudicated by a fair and impartial department of justice. They were targeted for excessive investigation and prosecution by a partisan DOJ whose real target was Trump. In fact, every person charged might as well have had a Trump mask on just to make a point.

I agree with Trump’s mass pardons.

The whole thing is a lesson in partisan prosecution which obviously Trump has not learned very well!
