The solution has to come from both sides. There is no way some of these communities are completely unaware of US sanitation standards.

We have had similar issues in CO with rural farm communities from Mexico. Their food sanitation is a disaster and it is literally impacting the other food providers so much that they started their own Union just to develop a secure protection against the illegal activity when customers get sick.

It's not an issue of ignorance, they dodge health inspections, forge documents, hide food etc. The days of let's show them food safety are long gone. Their community accepts the behavior and supports it - no amount of "What did you do???" will stop this until the criminals and the community that supports them decides to change on their own.

At any rate, if the MAGATs hadn't cut funding for such communities, they could have been educated, as much as MAGATs hate education.

I disagree. My information about the Somali community in MN is limited, but I can say I've heard about considerable sanitation and public health issues prior to 2016. Especially DHS through the medical centers. Of course anything wrong with anywhere at anytime is MAGAT! from your perspective so it's not really worth discussing.

Not using the public sidewalk as a toilet is not difficult to educate, no political party is refusing "funding" to "educate" this. The local populace simply doesn't care and their community accepts that.

How much sense does it make to say some communities won't vaccinate their kids, they get measles outbreaks that spread like crazy, and MAGA blames UL, DFI, WOKE, FDS, SOCIALISTS for not cutting the funding that educates them? None. The fault lies with the community. Blame the people causing the problem.

The Minnesota situation is simply unbelievable on one hand, completely believable on the other hand.

With that much money going out the door, there had to of been dozens if not hundreds of people in the money chain who either knew or had suspicions what was going on but they did nothing.

Fear of being labeled. Literally hundreds of millions of dollars are being stolen…yet people in positions of authority are afraid of comments from keyboard leftists warriors like this. Why?
