Here a Tip from Bas Rutten.

He is a charismatic, legendary Pancrase worldchampion and is undefeated in MMA in the UFC. At the time he was the most dangerous opponent a fighter could face.

Here are some wise words from him:

What about people who you KNOW are criminals? You know, the MAGATs that break the law several times a day?

Your goal here isn't to have a constructive discussion, but to deliberately cause confusion and conflict. Huh

By constantly making provocative comments, you're trying to pit others against each other. It seems like you enjoy seeing people arguing because it gives you a sense of power or control. This behavior stems from frustration or insecurity, perhaps trying to project your own emotions by confusing others. It's clear that your repeated laughing emojis are downplaying the seriousness of the situation, which is often a way to hide your own discomfort and anger.

It's okay, but I hope you understand that I,m aware of what you're doing.
This way no one will ever take your position seriously.
I see your frustration and anger. I also understand that it can make your life quite miserable. That tip from Bas Rutte isn't a bad one. I'd say, take advantage of it.

It's really bad for your self-esteem to be a hater. And that's the whole crux of the matter.
