but she can't be sworn in until the house is in session
but she can't be sworn in until the the shutdown is over

She will be the tie breaking vote that gets the Epstein files released
It will have to happen eventually
Meanwhile, Southern Az has been without representation since March
and the party that ran on release of the Epstein files has avoided their release

So sad... Trump wanted them released so bad Huh

I understand your point, but it's no reason to be hysterical.

Your country is in trouble. Trump is doing well, but he's 79 years old. After 70, things go fast. Around 80, you're elderly, and you see that more and more with Trump.
Be real, support your country, and you don't do that by eliminating your president.
You create problems that no government can solve in a reasonable timeframe.
Meanwhile, America's opponents are growing stronger every day.

Just toss down accredited legal arguments, with references, that shows that Trump is illegally in office. Follow your own demands that you have of others.

I know he dodged actual criminal charges and got away with crimes. But we can't go making up laws, or saying the laws that we have now "don't apply" because there is "No PRECEDENT". Trump got away with crimes, the US judicial system did not convict him of a specific crime that prohibits a position as POTUS. Our legal system requires conviction for charges to be recognized.

No amount of made up social media laws you quote change that.
