Not treason by definition.  There is a reason none of your references indicate, reference or claim it.

Guilty of creating the problem, the problem is not Treason by definition according to the US Constitution - that you claim is fake, because you have no other argument besides childish insults and attacking the source, that is also your own source.

TREASON!

Seditious conspiracy maybe but not TREASON!

We can't just claim TREASON! for anything we want, we have to follow the US Constitution.  Trump did this for himself.  TREASON! requires he do this directly for an "enemy" not for himself with causal benefits to other nations.

Prove he did this for Russia or China specifically, then you can start, intelligently, calling it TREASON!

So, the US Civil War wasn't treason because they weren't foreigners? That means that Lincoln violated the law by even allowing the war, does it not?

Except the US judicial system does not use the Dictionary to prosecute, they use US law and the US Constitution as framework.  There is a reason why keyboard lawyers can apply TREASON! but actual real lawyers can not.  It must be because every real lawyer is wrong, and humans on this forum are right.

You have to use Article III, Section 3, not the Merriam-Webster or any other dictionary.

So, the US Civil War wasn't treason because they weren't foreigners?

I never said they had to be foreigners because US law does not require that a human be a foreigner.  I never said Trump is not guilty by US legal definition because he is not a foreigner.  I said he does not meet specifically TREASON!, but does meet other criminal definitions like seditious conspiracy.

That means that Lincoln violated the law by even allowing the war, does it not?

His other option was to violate the Constitution by allowing succession or a Rebellion upon an Indivisible Nation.  He did not allow war, the South chose it.  His actions were questioned but later supported by Congress and ruled favorably upon by the US Supreme Court.

Declared war ?
Really ?

How many of those who entered the capital building had automatic weapons ?
How many people working in the building were mowed down by all those automatic weapons ?
How many explosive charges were set off by the folks who entered the building ?
How many workers were killed/wounded by all those explosives ?

How do you start a war without automatic weapons and an assortment of explosives ?

TREASON!

Incorrect.  Even if they literally made a declaration of war, that does not meet the US Constitutional parameters of TREASON!  No matter how many times you scream it.  Jan. 6 "Insurrectionists" were American citizens and not acting on behalf of a foreign power, their actions do not meet the constitutional definition of "adhering to their enemies"

Declaring war to get Trump into office would not meet the legal standard of TREASON!

"Insurrectionists" as you defined them committed "Insurrection".  Imagine that, "Insurrectionists" committing Insurrection under 18 U.S. Code § 2383.
