And does it INCLUDE all the, (Gun Bans), that have been put in place, and the ones that were proposed but not put into action.

       Here Are Just a few:

10, 20, 30 day Wait to get a gun, AFTER you PAY FOR IT.  And if you are refused, you still PAY a Fee for trying.

Prove what you will be using the gun for.

Prove you have a 'need' for a gun.

Prove you have a mandatory safe place to store the gun.
   (From a 300.00 to 5000,00 Gun Safe)

Mandatory INSURANCE paid EACH YEAR.

You cannot store any gun in your home. All Firearms MUST be stored in a approved gun storage facality.

Can NOT let a person you are hunting with, use your gun, until the gun is transferred from you to your buddy, than back again, by a proved Gun Shop, which will charge 40-60 dollars EACH WAY. And that transfer may take 3 days to get approval.

In addition to the BATF rules, you must get a fingerprint. Which you pay for, and cannot easily get done in a timely manner.

You must not Own/Have/Use any, (Black Guns) which were used in Vietnam forward conflicts.   (EVEN THOUGH, in 1906 & 1908 it was a style of firearm used  but it wasn't (BLACK)

You must NOT own/posses a magazine over a certain amount of rounds.

A neighbor or someone you know,  who does not like you, your politics, or the color shirt you wear, can (RED LAW YOU) Any time, any place, and ANY reason.

You MUST transport a firearm in a LOCKED box, going from your home to a, APPROVED shooting range, in the trunk, or most rearward place in the car or truck.

You must NOT carry a gun on you, unless you have the special 'permit' to do so.  And that 'permit', is a whole new nest to navigate.

Every closing, all the guns must go into a locked, approved Safe on the property.

All doors must be of a, 'man-trap', style.

Cannot use a credit-card. (Allowing credit card companies to monitor purchases at gun shops under the guise of safety ... pressure banks into denying services to lawful firearm retailers and customers)



YET, you can use a drug, all you want, even though the ATF form says you can't.
