This is not even close to being accurate. Declining to hear an appeal is not equal to finding him guilty by the SCOTUS itself. Declining to hear an appeal has never meant the SCOTUS agrees with a guilty verdict. Literally thousands of cases provide example of this.

A jury found him guilty of sexual abuse and defamation by definition of NY penal code. Rightfully so the judge did clarify that the rape accusation was "substantially true" in the common everyday use of the word.

Plenty of evidence is available that a NY court found Trump guilty of sexual abuse, but to say the SCOTUS actually found him guilty is a false emotion driven concept. It feels good to say, but is not true.

I agree. And had the SCOTUS actually said that, then your statement would be correct. The NY Judge made the statement which means a NY court found Trump guilty.

Your statement is the SCOTUS found Trump guilty. This is not true. There has never been a case where the SCOTUS refusal to review meant the SCOTUS agreed with the ruling. Not one.

The SCOTUS has repeatedly declared that a denial of certiorari means only that the Court did not find the case to meet its strict criteria for a full review. United States v. Carver established this: "The denial of a writ of certiorari imports no expression of opinion upon the merits of the case"

I agree the SCOTUS is stacked with pro-Trump policy. But if the SCOTUS found Trump guilty of rape, how are they lying FOR him?

Since the SCOTUS began, long, long before Trump, the same Hard fact has applied in relation to your incorrect statement. The refusal to hear an appeal is not an agreement with the verdict of a lower court. Not once, ever.

I know it feels good to assign blame to Trump, but some things on this planet do not have to do with Trump.
