Austin Smith, a former Republican state representative and onetime leader within Turning Point Action—the political arm of Turning Point USA—pleaded guilty to forging signatures on nominating petitions for his 2024 reelection bid.

So, the reason MAGATs KNOW there was cheating in the election was that THEY were doing it! DISinformation.

Within 48 hours of Trump threatening Democratic Party representatives with execution for telling the military they don't have to follow illegal orders,
--- Judge finds Trump's DC troop op is illegal
---Military lawyers (ACTUAL lawyers): boat strikes illegal
---Probe into illegal mortgage inquiries
---Judge probes illegal ICE flights
---Study: DOJ defied courts 36 times

Bus, sure, this is a legitimate Presidency...

 Given the outstanding number of protests I would say many, many non "MAGAT" humans can "SEE" undocumented immigrants.

I see no problem with people sneaking into the US, especially NOW. The Mexican, Venezuelan, Columbian, Ecuadoran, Peruvian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and even Persian (Iranian) friends that I've had since I was in college in the 1970s were ALL fine people, with zero criminals in the mix. In general, people are just people. There is no mass invasion across our borders. I already told you--- 20 million was the number made up by MAGATs, with no proof whatsoever. By the way, do you even KNOW a foreign language?

So you must be in totally in favor of:

"...local governments and taxpayer-funded non-governmental organizations ..."

"... federal law creates significant barriers to many forms of government assistance for individuals without lawful status, specific exceptions and various state-level programs provide access to certain types of aid ..."

"... WIC provides food assistance, nutrition education, and healthcare referrals to low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, and to infants and children up to age five at nutritional risk. Eligibility is based on these criteria and income levels, not U.S. citizenship ..."

"...Children in K-12 schools can receive free or reduced-price meals through the National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program. Eligibility is determined by household income, and schools [b]cannot deny access based on a child’s or parents’ immigration status. While applications may ask for the last four digits of a Social Security number, applicants can state they do not have one without affecting eligibility..."

"...The 1996 welfare reform law allows states to create their own laws for state-funded benefits..."

"...the NILC noting that almost every state allows migrants of any standing to access Women, Infants and Children, a nutrition and food-aid program for pregnant women and children..."

And were TOTALLY in favor of :

"...the Biden administration is seeking to expand ways for migrants to come to the U.S. legally, including a program for migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela who have American sponsors ..."

For ANY, Sneaking IN to this Nation !!!!

Once again, you post an unsubstantiated list of BS to support your delusions, apparently as a build up to name calling.

Here's another hard fact: STATES grant powers to corporations. There is no mention of corporations in the US Constitution. The state issuing the incorporation can limit them from ANY political involvement, including outlawing political contributions AND "lobbying", which is a cover up for corporate bribery. Delaware has such a law. Next November, Montana will vote on a corporate political spending restriction law. If ALL the states did that, Citizen's United would be beside the point, since Section 8 of the Constitution forces corporations from other states to comply in order to do business in that state. So, really, if the coastal and Great Lakes states had such laws, the rest of the country would have to comply. GET corporate money out of politics! (75% of Americans want this.)

So, when 2/3 of the MAGA accounts on "X" turned out to be from Nigeria, Russia, Pakistan, etc., and weren't even US based, Musk shut down the LOCATION feature rather than shutting down those accounts. Y'all are NOT the majority.

What assholeness!

Wrong, Again !

The items in Quotes, are all from news sources.

It is you that ;
'. post an unsubstantiated list of BS to support your delusions .'
Which has been well established

No more reason to ask you for the fifth time.
“…What is your solution to removing the

Because;

Section 8 of the Constitution forces corporations from other states to comply in order to do business in that state.

 I don't think that's accurate.  Article I, Section 8, Clause 3 of the Constitution gives Congress the power to regulate commerce among the states.  If anything the Full Faith and Credit Clause, Article IV, Section 1 of the United States Constitution applies to the regulatory actions of Corporations to follow the laws/judgements of that State.

 It is actual State law that secures the actions of an incorporated entity, since they are required to honor those laws and judgements, not Section 8 which has to do with interstate commerce.

 I do agree that is all States had laws against corporate lobbying then there would be laws against corporate lobbying in all states.  I think the 51% guideline would apply.
