Rights violations depend on who you like.

I mean people literally claim on this forum that it's "abuse" for X to deny Jones access to their property. That it is a 1st Amendment violation for Facebook to ban Trump.

If it's the responsibility of a social media company to protect your 1st Amendment rights and allow you to use their property because of your "rights", then the same thing applies to network broadcast stations. Obviously NBC is violating Kimmel's "rights" by not letting him remain on air.

If X needs to allow Jones to use their property because it's a 1st Amendment right violation to ban him, then the same goes for broadcast television. Jones obviously has the "RIGHT" to be on any platform he chooses, so does everyone else then.
