The judges ARE doing their job, sometimes, by STOPPING the would-be king. The MAGAT congress is who have abdicated their jobs. Congress is the main ruling body. The SC and the WH are mostly supposed to be the "checks and balances." Congress can write unreviewable laws, that the SC cannot touch. With enough votes, Congress can overrule the President. There is nothing reciprocal in those two situations, so Congress IS the ruling body. The MAGATs in Congress have all decided to ALLOW 47 to do what he wants. NEVER forget that. There is no US king.
