 Doesn't matter.  Direct quotes are not to be used, or when used, or not to be taken into context.  Just like the "inject yourself with bleach" thing.  That was never said, but people will say it was "implied" which as we have learned on this forum is how one gets to claim somebody said something they never did.

 Obviously Trump did not say neo-Nazi were "fine people" he literally said he was "not talking" about them.  Simple fix:  Say he "implied" it - now just like magic, he did say it.
