I wish I could see what he's mixing. I don't see Sac-Krete  bags. Ingenious,, no Powah Tools, just hard work and clever solutions.
The details..
I'm not experienced with wood.
Why did he cup the ends of the poles ? It's  the one place, and it's hidden toward the end of the clip. Maybe he'll show it again.

I hope someone digs this as much as I.

This is a good one.  I get so many financial tracking alerts on those "hand built" videos it's crazy, but most of those are outside the US.

I watched your video...pretty cool.  I was surprised he would cut a "peg" at the end of the round posts - that seems a lot harder than just drilling a hole and hammering in a peg (or maybe he did drill a hole and hammer it in....it was impossible to tell from the video).

Years ago I watched the "Alone in the Wilderness" story - about a man who lived along in the wilderness for 30 years.

He built his cabin with only had tools, and got the lumber from the local woods.  It was amazing to watch him build hinges using the wood from the tree roots - the purpose was the irregular grain was not prone to splitting.  He somehow had an amazing knowledge about how to survive alone and provide everything he needed.  He filmed his adventure by himself.  Carpenter, hunter, trapper, fisherman, photographer, cook - it seemed he could do it all!
