Cause if that happens, anybody with a brain would suing those establishments faster than a humming birds heart can beat.


 They can try but they would lose.  Just like all humans that have tried in the US so far.  Political affiliation is not a protected class and as such is not protected under discrimination laws.  

 In 2018 Manhattan Supreme Court Justice David Cohen dismissed a case specific to a human wearing a MAGA hat that was refused service.  Until MAGA hats are a recognized religious article, you can legally be refused service for wearing one.
