They were all illegally incarcerated without due process.

 This would require a lack of legal structure or warrant.  ICE has the legal structure to arrest, even though you claim they are not LEO.  I think it's plausible that some were arrested without reasonable suspicion but not "all".

 Spin.  In this video the human in front of the vehicle was intentionally placing himself in front of a moving vehicle.  The vehicle did not run him over.

 The question is should the vehicle have come to a complete stop?
 Another question is should humans place themselves in front of law-enforcement vehicles while in motion?

 The human was clearly in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 111.  What he was doing is clearly not peaceful protesting.  Peaceful protest does not inhibit the travel of others.

 I imagine if the guy was wearing a red MAGA hat and did this the driver's actions would have been completely justified.

 I think we all know that if the "protestors" throwing chunks of concrete at the State Patrol were wearing red MAGA hats then the Marines would be justified.

 This is the same thing it always is.  Humans going out exploiting legal protests for personal gain, and other humans over-reacting to those actions acting like every protestor is burning the city down.  If you like Trump this is a riot and no amount of restraint is needed to quell the violence.  If you don't like Trump then only a few people are causing problems and any additional steps is incitement to implement martial law and then genocide.

 If even just a few "protestors" were hurling rocks at law enforcement, damaging property etc. where I live, and the POTUS - no matter who it was - wanted to toss in some National Guard and the Marines I would be ok with it.
