I imagine about the same number of naysayers that take the time to make note of the negative effects of the tariffs and adjust their opinion accordingly.

The one thing I don't understand is why some humans (some humans means all known humans) think equal tariffs are a good idea. It is an opinion that I don't understand is why some humans think equal tariffs are a good idea.

First, WLT (for "WeLoveTrump) is a completely unreliable propaganda site. It is NOT a news site.
Second, that was the plan in MARCH. It is no longer the plan.
Third, the tariffs will assure that the customers save zero $. The 25% tariffs are still there for PARTS. VW is only going to build Porsches and Audis in the US--- only the limited production high-end ones. And Hyundai is only moving a couple of subassembly plants. Also, if they started building TODAY, 47 will be history by the time production starts. They're planning on building after somebody SMART is running the US, and it won't be 47.
