so for the last around 2000 miles, I’ve been noticing a ticking that has been growing louder and louder. It’s still fairly quiet but definitely more noticeable than before. I pulled the valve cover off and it seems like the front two valve lifters aren’t getting oil. how deep do I have to go to find out where the clog Might be.? And I also read some stuff that said the timing chain may also be making the noise that I’m hearing how do I go about checking? The chain seems pretty tight, but that’s what I had thought about my ex-wife as well.
