So you know for a absolute fact, that he was not:

A "... member of the brutal MS-13 gang ..."
NOT "... involved in human trafficking."..."

Why not read ALL, the news stories, from BOTH sides, then make a intelligent determination, based on what 'stories' come from where, and how they are scripted.

Read both sides of a story?  Not so easy to do with the media, who are mostly 'left wing', and have nothing good to say about our current president who is doing what got him elected.

To much to read I guess.  My opinion is it's too much to read.  Best to let other people do the educating for me.  The previous sentence indicates an opinion.

An opinion, but in a lot of ways, factual. That’s why The Forth Estate exists. We need a functional news media. Most people have jobs and daily life that take up the majority of our time. However, we need truthful and valid information to make decisions on.

I have no idea if this guy is really an MS 13 gang member and, based on statistics, likely a future criminal. No, I’m not going to read all those links E posted. We need someone whose job it is to investigate and report, truthfully, honestly, and with as little bias as possible on the events that are occurring across the nation, across the world. We don’t have that. Honestly, while it’s popular to look back at Walter Cronkite, etc. and think that we did at one time, the reality is, I’m not sure we ever did.

There were plenty of January 6 protesters who had lives destroyed, and I believe one man even committed suicide, because they were unfairly prosecuted based on their political affiliation. Did the same thing happened to this guy?

If all the people crying about this guy’s fate had been crying about what happened to some people on January 6, maybe I’d listen.

Here’s a test. Imagine this guy’s immigration status and past history is exactly the same as it is now, but it’s three years ago.  He was one of those people on January 6 that followed the crowd, walked onto the Capitol grounds maybe even stepped inside a building with the door held open by security guard, and then he left. But credit card records reviewed by the department of justice and video camera caught his face so he was identified. He was arrested for loitering outside of a Home Depot supposedly looking for work, his immigration status became known, and he was deported despite the previous order.

Do you think our fair and balanced moderator would be opening a thread about him? Do you think he would be the lead story on the news that night?

Answer that question honestly.

His likelihood of being a criminal was not in question, the presented information is if the Trump Administration conceded they deported a human accidentally.  It would take less time to read the Statement of Facts than it would to search out multiple media outlet stories to get an answer to the contested statement:

Trump administration concedes Maryland father from El Salvador was mistakenly deported and sent to mega prison

My opinion is there should be zero question that the Trump Administration stated the deportation was accidental.  It took me about 3 minutes to find not a media "story" but actual factual and verifiable information that offers empirical evidence that the contested statement is indeed true.

All the other evidence is supporting.

I don't.  I don't think anyone here goes to any real length to be fair and balanced.  This is also why I don't think anyone has claimed they are.

Who do I listen to on the "other" side?
FOX???? Alex Jones???? Giuliani???
All adjudicated liars to the tune of over a Billion dollars $$$
Should I give them equal weight?
Criminal liars?

I give them no weight at all
So I don't read them you shouldn't either
Just 'cause they say what you want to hear don't make them right
It almost guarantees they are wrong

Look, I don’t deny the guy had some order that stated he could not be deported, and I don’t deny they did it anyway regardless if it was accidental or they said heck with that, we believe we have the authority and sent him anyway.

My 100% accurate and very telling point is that had his immigration status been exactly the same, but he had stepped on the Capitol grounds on Jan 6 and Garland deported him, the national media would have ignored the story, and you would’ve never heard this guy’s name. Now, he’s on the nightly news.

So yes, you’re right, no big deal.
