 Incorrect.  None of the allocation is approved for unemployed humans, except for children that are victims of crime in Colorado.  This is an opinion based off empirical written evidence.  This doesn't mean I approve of the excise tax, it only means I don't make up lies about where the money is allocated.  Of course the easy workaround is to claim - without evidence to prove the claim - that none of the money goes where it is allocated, so there is that.  

 I can't speak for CA, it's completely plausible they will toss their gun tax money to welfare.  That is my opinion.  The previous sentence indicates an opinion.

 Colorado excise tax breakdown:

Crime Victim Services (e.g., grants to local governments, law enforcement and nonprofit organizations) will receive about $30 million.

Veterans Mental Health Services (e.g., services provided to eligible veterans who have exhausted federal benefits) will receive about $5 million.

A Children and Youth Behavioral Health Crisis Response System (e.g. funds for counseling, referrals and in-home support) will receive about $3 million.

A School Security Disbursement Grant Program (e.g. grants to Colorado public schools for school security, emergency response trainings, etc.) will receive about $1 million.

Glad you will be monitoring that dismemberment.

And that you will be holding the goverments feet to the fire, when they do NOT do what they are saying they will do.


 That's the plan, however CO has a pretty good record of appropriating funds.  Tons of audits, for years, have gone into removing recreational marijuana by proving misuse of the funds, yet not one has shown the tax dollars didn't go where intended.

 Considering how little, to practically nonexistent the funding is for CVS, it should be easy to see if they go from under 100k a year to millions in their budget.
