Obama, & Clinton both talked of doing something about the debt, but the debt continued to rise.  Now, somebody comes along and is actually trying to do something, and what happens?  Lawsuits galore!  What a country.

America is like a tragic historical figure
Similar to:

The Roman Empire in decline → Internal corruption, decadence and arrogance as enemies grow stronger.

The last days of the Soviet Union → Financial overextension, military overexpansion and political chaos.

An old emperor who still thinks he is the most powerful man in the world in his palace, while outside the walls his empire is already falling apart.

It’s comical when I read stuff like that puts due process on a pedestal and it’s the most important thing, that we don’t have a King……while at the same time these clowns will defend His Majesty, King Biden’s pardons because the courts couldn’t be trusted to act without bias.

Yet, they can’t make the connection that the legal actions against Trump, such as the 34 felonies for example, are evidence that they’re right, the courts aren’t Gospel, that they can be used as a tool, and that political bias and activism is a problem.

 NOT a problem
it's the basis of our system of government
freedom to express opinion
the right to keep government in check
not live under a megalomaniac's whims

Then why did Biden need to retroactively pardon family members to protect them from due process?

Because he believed they had either been wrongly convicted,or they were singled out for overly harsh prosecution and sentencing compared to other protest that turned violent such as BLM and that they had served an appropriate amount of time.

No, if due process and the rule of law are such fundamental and guiding principles of you and the Democratic Party, why did Biden retroactively pardon his family members?

Because it was NOT a insurrection.

How about that, 'peaceful', protest, that cost, (OVER),  2 BILLION , and affected over 2,000 cities.
