-usurping congress' power
-refusing to adhere to court orders
-abusing power to seek retribution against perceived adversaries
-co-opting and dismantling independent government oversight
-unconstitutionally usurping local and state authority

these are just a few of the IMPEACHABLE actions your head maga monkey FELON has achieved

I don't know why this happens to some of my posts
maybe an old man's tremors resulting in bad key strokes?

You can make those same claims against every President. Courts repeatedly ruled against Biden’s plan to transfer school debt to taxpayers but he did it anyway going so far as to put out a tweet telling the Supreme Court he was going to do it anyway.
“The Supreme Court tried to block me from relieving student debt. But they didn’t stop me. I’ve relieved student debt for over 5 million Americans. I’m going to keep going.”

Every allegation you listed, Biden did. It’s just a matter of degree and perceived outrage. The difference is the news and entertainment culture is our version of Pravda and completely on your side. You two have the perception ability of a strand of wheat….you just wave along in the wind like the other leftist.

This is still incorrect.  The statement was simple Biden propaganda as the SCOTUS never ruled against the loans he provided relief for.  No amount of repeating this lie will make it true.

Biden required the Department of Education acknowledge humans that PAID their loans for decades.  They PAID their loans for over a decade - the loans were PAID.  PAID loans.

Those PAID loans were pre-allocated and not paid for by the taxpayer in the same way the proposed forgiveness loans that were NOT PAID.  NOT PAID loans are different than PAID loans.

The only reason I can imagine this is not Observed is so one can continue to say Biden acted against a direct SCOTUS order.

The fundamental difference is Biden worked within the legal system and found workarounds while following court orders, while Trump is accused of simply ignoring court orders.  If Trump were negotiating the technicalities more, or if Biden actually ignored a SCOTUS order then this would be more of a direct comparison.  But right now it is nothing more than lying about the Biden loans and over-reacting to the Trump actions.

Docket No.      Op. Below      Argument      Opinion      Vote      Author      Term
22-506      8th Cir.      Feb 28, 2023
Jun 30, 2023      6-3      Roberts      OT 2022
Holding: The Secretary of Education does not have authority under the Higher Education Relief Opportunities for Students Act of 2003 to establish a student loan forgiveness program that will cancel roughly $430 billion in debt principal and affect nearly all borrowers.

Judgment: Reversed and remanded, 6-3, in an opinion by Chief Justice Roberts on June 30, 2023. Justice Barrett filed a concurring opinion. Justice Kagan filed a dissenting opinion, in which Justices Sotomayor and Jackson joined.

The Court did rule on Biden’s initial plan after which the administration began a piecemeal strategy based on technicalities, biting off little chunks as a way of skirting around the initial ruling.

I have no idea what the final dollar amount this cost taxpayers, but what I know for sure is the financial institutions that made the loans received some funds, the colleges of course had already been paid by the financial institutions, the students got whatever education the colleges delivered and we all paid for it.

The Court did rule on Biden’s initial plan after which the administration began a piecemeal strategy based on technicalities, biting off little chunks as a way of skirting around the initial ruling.

So they followed that court ruling - literally the exact opposite action Trump is accused of.  Biden followed court orders and instead found legal means to get a fraction of his intended goal completed.  In other words he did what everyone does that uses the US legal system.

Trump is accused however of NOT following court orders.  This is a fundamental difference.  Had Biden actually defied court orders then it would be a more equal argument.

Trump in my opinion has grounds to do what he is doing on a lot of things, however he has defied direct court orders.  Some humans just want to act like everything he does is illegal because of their emotional investment.  I'm not sure why they let Trump and mainstream media have that much power over them, but the same can be said for Biden, vaccines, and websites like TheGatewayPundit.

There’s this belief continued on and every high school civics class that, while, on one hand, we say, we have three equal branches of government, on the other hand, the courts decision is final.

Honestly, one branch has more power than the other two and that’s the legislative branch. They have the ultimate power although it’s very difficult to line up the power to be used against the other two branches when they are strongly at odds with them. You may think that’s a minor thing, that it is still acceptable to say we have three equal branches of government, but I don’t think that’s the correct way to look at it. The correct way to look at it is WE THE PEOPLE ultimately have a final say and the people’s ability to express that is put into motion through the legislative branch.

Had Biden not been struggling with dementia, and Harris and the other Democrats not stabbed him in the back and throw him overboard, and had Biden won,  he would’ve challenged the Supreme Court’s decision, and continued on with transferring all college debt to taxpayers and there would’ve been a battle. And at that point, the leftist clowns on here, the main stream media and entertainment culture would’ve rallied around Biden, and all of these people who are seemingly put the judiciary branch on pedestals now that they’ve against Trump, would’ve been demanding they be tarred and feathered.
