Clutch replacement problem
03/07/25 at 18:53:17

Hey everyone,

I recently change all my clutch plates friction and steel.
I bought them from fortnine, I purchased 1-Barnett Clutch Friction Plate Kevlar, 5 Barnett Clutch Friction Plate Kevlar, 5
Barnett Steel Clutch Drive Plate 1.6mm thick, and the Barnett Clutch Spring Kit.
After putting all this back in the bike I have a lot of slack in the clutch. Like I have both set nuts loosed all the way out?  Can any body give me any help.
I know there are different clutch pins but would that change after putting different plates in?

Assuming the cable is correctly tensioned at the perch (handlebar) and the case, I think you probably screwed up the clutch re-assembly, just my two cents.
