This is an exceptional case as it would also be a situation where a non-US citizen collected SS.

So if it's true. and we all know that social media posts are true, then not only is Ilhan in violation, so is literally everyone else that allowed her grandmother to illegally collect SS.

What is most important is she be considered guilty without evidence or trial. I mean that's what people do with Trump and it makes complete sense then too right?

I completely agree with you that we need to uphold the rule of law.

I see that in our country a ruling by a judge is increasingly seen as an opinion instead of a binding ruling. And that these rulings are increasingly openly criticized in the press.
I think that is wrong.

But I think that the rule of law functions much better in our country than in America.
For example, here you cannot use the judicial apparatus as a weapon.

And now that we are talking about it, I have never heard you complain about that.

However, I am also in favor of someone being found guilty before being condemned in the press.

And as I have said before, humanity is in a poor state.

In almost every way. Making American stronger is not the actions of a double agent. Using your flawed and ridiculous logic, I could argue Biden was a much more likely candidate given his involvement in his brother and son’s international business. And let’s not forget Biden’s demand to have a particular prosecutor in Ukraine fired before he released certain funds because the prosecutor was digging into the firm who hired a nobody who happened to have the last name of Biden. Seems like a prosecutor who has the brass ones to dig into that might be a future political leader who could expose a relationship between Biden and Russian energy companies.
