Trafficked in Illegal Drugs,
Raped, Shot at, Killed Someone.
SNUCK, into another Nation with OUT any official visas, or other requirements.
(Just to name a few things)

Then got caught doing one or more of those things, what would happen ?

So if someone was Not Born in the USA,
And did something like the above.
Why do the
UL, DFI, WOKE, FDS Socialists
CRY,
about that person’s ‘rights’ ?????

They also don't mean convicted of. US citizen humans caught on camera with witnesses and admitting themselves that they committed a crime are still presumed innocent until proven guilty IN a court of law. I agree with Thumper, it depends on the country.

If someone is ILLEGALLY in a Country,
Deportation, is a GIFT for them !!!!!

Sounds good,
Yet in reality!

You get a driving ticket’, you are considered guilty, when you pay the fine.
REGARDLESS if the ‘ticket’ is correct, or the radar was correctly calibrated, or or the ‘officer’ just had a bad day and takes it out on you.

Same with most, Department Of Natural Resources. (Hunting/Fishing) You will get a ‘ticket’ and your personal property, Car/Boat/Gun, will be CONFISCATED. If you pay the fine your property is GONE, and you are guilty.

Both, you MUST PROVE you are NOT Guilty.

Even

• The contents of an indictment or other formal accusation are presumed true unless specifically rebutted in a court of law.

• Defendants in court who plead Not Guilty are required to prove their innocence in order to obtain an acquittal.

• Simply disproving the prosecution's evidence is insufficient for an acquittal unless the defendant also affirmatively proves their innocence.

(Then their is the IRS, especially when Obama was Pres)

Yeah those are different than the things you asked about. I imagine the answer is still the same: "Caught" is not "Convicted of". And what happens in another country is dependent on what country it is.

Cause those crying about the rights of criminal illegal aliens are criminals themselves…they are trying to throw up a smoke screen to confuse us of what they are all doing.

You’re on a slippery slope here.

What if you (a legal citizen) are “caught” doing something wrong. You can’t prove your citizenship at the time you got caught. You left your driver’s license, birth certificate, and SS card at home.

I’m Johnny Law doesn’t like the way you look. So he made up some crap about something you did wrong. He decides he’s just gunna call you an illegal alien and deal with you however he wants. Kinda vigilante style or old Wild West.

It doesn’t make someone a criminal for wanting due process of law upheld. I can be against illegal immigration and crime AND still support and embrace our judicial process.

Receiving a ticket is a “charge” not a guilty verdict.
