Yes they can apparently because your immunity to gaslighting has resulted in nothing and the SCOTUS decision to consider children of illegal immigrants US Citizens has had consistent results for decades. Not liking it doesn't mean its not true.

I can say all those US born humans are not citizens, but that yields zero results because they literally get all the benefits no matter what court rulings I say are wrong. Not unlike humans who say Trump is wrong while they watch the results and try to deny they exist.

Supreme Court decisions are not facts necessarily. It is a fact that they are opinions that carry the weight of law at the time they’re written, but can be overturn which I suspect this one will be sooner rather than later.

No, all those rights apply to their kids.

Until the SCOTUS makes some sort of exception in writing, nothing so far exempts illegal immigrants from the 14th unless they meet the exceptions listed. We can't make up our own just because we don't like it.

I mean wouldn't at least one person have figured out the exception by now?
