What does the word Regulated MEAN as used in this context?

1) she was 15 raised by parents who divorced and remarried multiple times. Under the care of a therapist and what if any prescription she was taking is unknown.

2)  First Amendment like all Amendments gives the benefit of the doubt to The People.

Congress shall make no law ……abridging free speech…

3) Second, A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Argue all you want about what constitutes the meaning of a well regulated militia in today’s world but the benefit of the doubt lies with The People.

4) 14th - All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.  This was intended so slaves could become citizens. As evidence of this, Indians born in the US were not granted citizenship.

The phrase subjto the jurisdiction thereof was not included by accident.

It’s ridiculous that a woman who sneaks across the border and gives birth,her child is automatically granted citizenship. That’s like someone breaking into your house and claiming partial ownership simply because they are there.

Unless someone believes the Founding Fathers wrote something that was self contradictory, the Only reading of the Second Amendment says the Goobs don't have the authority to restrict the Right of The People.

A pregnant human arrives on your doorstep on a cold rainy night. She was on her way to the Hospital, having contractions. Her car broke down.
Ohh, What to Do?
You invite her in. You call for an ambulance. You live in the boonies. It's Gonna be almost an hour till they get there. You make her comfortable and assure her
All is well.
Aaand her water breaks. Aaand the baby comes.
So NOW, because she dominoed in your living room, YOU are responsible for that Kid?
It's a part of Your family?

And Subject to the Laws Thereof
Matters.
