I'm posting this to look at later. In the quick overview what I'm getting is
They didn't take This into account. And they aren't sure yet just how bad that is yet. But, apparently, every model they have tried has been wr,wr,wr,incorrect.
Gee,yaThink?

Yaay consensus!

I wouldn't consider any of this "consensus" for a while.  The information is too new.

Claim:

Climate scientists recently discovered that they’ve been underestimating the impact of a particular organic compound in the atmosphere, and the oversight’s significance is so profound that it’s left existing climate models completely obsolete.

"existing climate models completely obsolete"

 From their own reference:

"However, until our findings have been evaluated in global climate models, it’s not possible to quantify the effect.

"it’s not possible to quantify the effect."

The justification for saying all models are "obsolete" is the lack of knowledge, from all known humans on the planet, about this new weather process creates a "fallacy".  Great, but that's like someone finding a new color and then saying all paintings are a fallacy because they never considered this previously never discovered color.  What about climate models inland over massive mountainous coniferous regions?

I'll go with CERN over an internet author.  This information is good to have as is anything that provides more information for the climate prediction methodology.  I, just like the humans that actually discovered this, would want to see more data.

The real problem with climate alarmism is the blind acceptance to anything that matches their Observed Reality of the weather.  They choose what they want to Observe, and they can't possibly personally Observe every known location on the planet.
