Shocking?
I'm guessing that since Trump is coming back they decided to let him go. Trump would have Rightly pardoned him. Maybe back to 2014. Which oddly coincides with when Hunter got on the board at Burisma. Sooo, why?

I believe it was a state charge so no pardon would have been available.

Despite the Democratic prosecutor and DA playing the race card, ( which was all they had)  the jury saw the case clearly enough.

Reminds me of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial. Only an idiot or hyper-partisan leftist would have pursued those cases.

Speaking of which, just read story on RealClearInvestigations that 10 people have been arrested and charged related to Jan 6 since the election. Had no idea that was still going on. And one POS judge just remanded someone convicted this week and sentenced to a few months in jail, into custody immediately instead of the usual 60 days to report for non-violent cases. The d!ck judge did it so Trump doesn’t pardon him before he reports. I need to read up on this more to see how common that is, immediately remanding for non-violent cases.

Liberal, leftist Democrats with power suck, absolutely suck.

Exactly.  Chances that they sat there and said "What would Trump do?" is pretty slim anyway.

RealClearInvestigations appears to have used this:

https://paw.fd.org/federal-sentencing

Actual data will vary by case however there is little precedent for this type of case, hearing and sentencing.

I didn’t see anything in here about why he remanded him to prison immediately. (Assuming the article I read is true and that’s what he did ) And I also don’t know if this judge typically remands people immediately or gives them a certain amount of time before they are forced to report to prison.

And the last three pages, he touches on the protest and violence from Black Lives Matter and pro Palestinian. He basically says yes, this was selective prosecution based upon the prerogative of the district attorneys, which is a politically appointed position. All this does is reinforce the truth, which is if this had been a blm protest, and the exact same set of circumstances happened , we know none of these people would’ve been prosecuted to the extent these protestors were. That’s an absolute fact. And that would be true, even if there were Republican appointed district attorneys.
