And if clogs up the disk.. Watching a YouTube, Colt Builds It, he smeared a thin layer of grease on the disk. YaKnow, too much and it's getting Nasty, so,, think about it. It sliced through nicely and his shirt didn't look metallic. He had a silver streak on his hand, Mehhh..

I use Weiler Tiger wheels: ALU60S 7/8 A.H. part#58200 but my shop manager in NY says she prefers Blackhawk.

Would they do better with a light dose of grease? Thanks for the links. Gonna check them out. I'm working on a project with of a lot of cuts in aluminum, of various gauges so I will be able to try different ideas. Ill report back.
