I can't prove that my eyes are not seeing RIOTS!, another flawed logic consistent on this forums, so it can only be opinion and not fact.
Basically no post I can make can be fact since the challenges are typically to prove a negative. I don't see RIOTS! anywhere, but I can not prove I do not, thus making the statement non-factual. Since the only two possible outcomes presented are Fact or Opinion, any non-factual post must be Opinion.
This post is an opinion for anyone incapable of understanding what an opinion is.

That you have Not Seen something is a statement of fact. It's not an opinion.
