Seriously,, what's the deal?

Snippets, rumors, supposedly the military are now legally empowered to shoot/kill American citizens. That is such an outrageous idea I can hardly type it. It's not true, is it?

They were probably authorized after the "militia" started "hunting FEMA workers" after they teamed up with the residents of Chimney Rock who have had their homes stolen from them to build lithium mines.  Also, due to the the FEMA workers being outraged about the 100$ tariff on US automobile exports and all the prisoners kept "after their completed sentences" by Harris they really had no other choice but to enact a completely secret act that not one US Armed Forces member has mentioned.

This is my opinion for anyone incapable of understanding what an opinion is.

Also the Obama Administration did argue for unreviewable authority to kill Americans the Executive Branch has unilaterally determined to pose a threat back in 2010.

You also didn't say anything about FEMA being hunted.

None of that is italicized quoting that I always do when referencing what a forum member actually said.

What actually happened is their early release was argued against.

Agreed.  I have no idea why you are even upset in that thread.  I mentioned TGP left out a court case, how bothersome that must be.

Agreed.  There's no reliable information but you can find plenty of information saying it is true in the same areas humans found all the other inaccurate information.  This is my opinion for anyone incapable of understanding what an opinion is.

That is NOT a opinion.
That is reality.

Prisoners can make a LOT OF things at $2.00 a day.

Ben Franklin once said: "If you give up a freedom, for the sake of security, you will have neither".
Which is More TRUE, today, than yesterday.('06, S-40, Stock) well, mostly .

But that isn't how it went. That was The First Report,, I didn't understand how that would be possible. Time's Up..go home.
The corruption was to deny parole. The non-violent offenders ,the ones who should have been released, meehh,, hold on there fella,,we need firefighters..
The bad guys Eligible for parole? Hell,, put them on the street. They cycle Back through The System,, making money for everyone who gets paid By the system.Recidivism for the con is job security for judge, lawyers, it's a great system!

Agreed, I never claimed any of that is opinion.  I did however claim it was my opinion that TGP's opinion was as you described, and could also be attained by anyone who read the article.

The argument for keeping prisoners was sound, but not made specifically by Harris herself.  Once pressed by information from a lawsuit, she decided to chime in and revoke that argument as if she was doing it for ethical reasons.  TGP left this out, and for some reason me bringing it up is upsetting to some of you.  That is my opinion for anyone incapable of understanding what an opinion is.

No there has not been any secret passage of law saying the military are now legally empowered to shoot/kill American citizens.  The question itself leaves out a lot of variables, like on US soil?  Martial law?  For fun?  What does that mean to "empower" specifically?

Where are you getting this type of information?  Is it from similar sources that all the wrong information is coming from?

TGP left this out, and for some reason me bringing it up is upsetting to some of you.  That is my opinion for
Doesn't bother me any. If she suddenly became aware that the people under her were doing bad things and took action to rectify the situation, good.
Or,did she do that because Now everyone is Watching..
Wouldn't it be fun to have the criminal career accomplishments of the guys who got parole versus the ones who were denied, so they could stick around and Do the Work for pennies a day? How did the prisons Get so overloaded that they wound up needing to dump thousands of prisoners on the streets?
She certainly APPEARS to be complicit, that SHE had the good sense to Not go publicly argue for denying parole in order for The System to have manpower doesn't make her innocent. When someone is in charge, the actions of their people belong to them.
Now, let's stay honest.
If a person under my supervision does something I don't agree with, and I didn't know they were planning to and I couldn't know until After the fact, that is one thing, but a long running scheme, screwing over these prisoners, and She didn't Know? Come on, now..
