Posts: 8	WTB Front break assembly Yesterday at 18:30:47 Hoping someone on here has a decent condition master cylinder, break caliper and rotor for sale. Mine gets tighter and tighter until I have to bleed it to release the pressure. I replaced the piston assembly in the master cylinder and replaced the break line and the pads and still the same issue.

If you can push the piston out using the brake lever and pressure from the master cylinder, that will make life easier. I’m not sure what tool you would remove the piston if you can’t use fluid pressure to push it out. There has to be a way, but that’s the only way I’ve ever done it.

A c-clamp and old brake pad can be used to manually press in the new piston.
