I watched the debate in a hotel room with a bunch of men on my motorcycle trip, and during the debate, I bet someone a bottle of Woodford reserve that Harris would win.

Why?

Because she can be a very good speaker and talk for a long time without saying absolutely anything of importance and I think that resonates with a lot of people who have been brainwashed, so I figured it was a safe bet.

However, I’m not so sure anymore. I’m not willing at this point to make a real bet who’s going to win. I figured Harris would probably win, but as more time goes on when she’s out on the trail by herself, I feel like things are tightening up, and Trump might be able to pull this off after all.

Trump is running not just against her but against the media and entertainment cultures which makes it three against one, so it would be quite a feat to do it two times (I think he won the second time, so technically this would be his third win) but I think it’s much closer than I thought it would be. I underestimated Harris’s ability to look like the idiot she is.

Just because it was close in a few battleground states last election and it made the outcome look closer than it really was based on electoral votes, Trump lost by almost 7 million popular votes nationwide.

This is what makes the Jan6 Capitol rioters look really dangerous as they were unable to accept the election results.  It’s pretty delusional to say “Trump won” when he lost overall by almost 7 million votes.

I find the 3 on 1 comment pretty comical too.  Maybe I’m unique (probably not) and I’m just getting a more balanced view through various sources.  There seems to be a significant amount of anti-Harris “information” (or misinformation) floating around out there.  You yourself and others sure don’t seem to have a problem finding it.  It’s like you’re making excuses for an outcome that hasn’t happened yet.  If we can’t win, we’ll just cry, call foul, and make excuses.  Kinda the definition of poor losers (or just losers).

You’re a bright guy, but you hurt your own credibility with poorly constructed comments.

I definitely disagree with you. I think Webster is looking at the situation very realistically.

Just like Webster is projecting his negativity on lefties, you are doing the same on Trump and his supporters.

But that doesn't mean you are right. It is just a projection of your own negativity that you look at.

Meanwhile, all of America knows how fake Harris is. And you know it to.

There is something in our ability to distinguish that never goes away. Even the most drugged out psychiatric patient can still sense whether you are being genuine or not.

And that is why Trump will win...

The lie of harris is too big to believe. And you know what will happen in your own life if you take your lies for granted, your life will be a mess.

So people don't want that as a government leader, they would rather see someone who didn't rise through cunning, manipulation and corrupt choices.

The popular vote doesn’t matter.

Yes, I’m a bright guy and I don’t fall for BS. It’s absolutely comical to talk about dis-information regarding Harris when many of the people in this forum still believe Trump told people to drink bleach, still told people, the Nazis were fine people, they still believe the hunter laptop was Russian disinformation.

I’m not sure if there’s anything remotely comparable being said about Harris.

I think it’s still possible Trump wins. You’re right in the sense that Harris just bleeds fakeness. She’s a complete lie. You can’t say that about Trump. Trump is exactly who he presents himself to be while Harris is the opposite, she hides herself.

That's right
The Dem candidate has to run a hurdle race where all the hurdles are 2" taller than the Pub candidate
They need about 6 million more votes than the Pub to win
In an equal race, no Pub would ever win

Apparently you are not paying attention.

   electoral votes

Only two States correctly apply electoral votes. Only 4 times was the 'popular' vote more than the electoral vote for a person.

Here is a very simple explanation on how they work. "...A state gets two votes per senator. One vote per Representative..."  (the number of districts it has) "...All States, except for Maine and Nebraska, have a winner-take-all policy where the State looks only at the overall winner of the state-wide popular vote..."

Many years ago electoral votes brought representation to people living in 'Rural' areas of a State. Years ago the Metro ares were full of regular people.

Today Metro areas have a significant population of, Ner-Do-Wells, who get by by using other peoples tax money.
And the Rural areas have working Citizens.

A Example:
In 2020, Calf 55 Votes to Biden
Minn 10 Voted to Biden.

SHOULD have been, (like 2 states),
Calf 20 Trump / 35 Biden
MN 5 Trump / 5 Biden

Changing the electoral vote system would take a Major Constitutional change.

And the UL, Socialists that have worked their way in the less noticed positions in State government, will block any effort to change, the WORKING, Tax paying, peoples vote.

If a Cackling, Word Salad, DFI, and a Scardy Cat Bully win, it will be simply because those people are NOT, paying any attention.
And are doing ONLY what they are TOLD to do.

As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, they both suck!

I’m well aware that the electoral college is how the election result is decided.  But it’s absurd to say the popular vote doesn’t matter.  You can’t be so obtuse to ignore that 7 million more people voted for Biden than Trump.  It says a lot even if that’s not what determines the election result.  In very simple terms, 7 million more people favored Biden over Trump.

The far right extremist are irrationally scared that Harris could turn this country into some communist socialist country.  The checks and balances in the system would make that virtually impossible.

Likewise, the far left is equally irrationally scared that Trump is going to declare himself a king or dictator and seize control through force.

I honestly don’t want to vote for either one of them.  Arguing about who’s the bigger liar or fake or brash or deceptive is classic posturing and mud slinging gibberish.  And anyone saying, “this is what the people want” has a mighty high opinion (inflated ego) of their own psychological/sociological evaluation skills.
