Hi Mike!
Thank you for reply.
Yes I was a bit afraid of 4 speed gearbox (all my previous bikes had 6 speed.. except my old ČZ 476.3 that had 4 speed also and Jawa 23 with 3 speed but these are small bikes) but it works pretty well and also gear ratios are fine to ride.
I heard that older 4speed versions had problems with starter freewheel so i am bit afraid...
About photos... I am not so familiar with these "oldschool" kind of forums and uploading photos. Thatīs why I use postimg.com and you can open it in better resolution by clicking on it. Isnīt it ok?
I can try to upload one photo directly to post..
About chassis work.. I have poor skills in it. I only can work with carbon fiber and composites in general. But I am total noob in metalsheet working etc

And my welding "skills"? thatīs joke. I am still learning a lot of things.
In last few days I made nice progress.
I finished connecting the most of the electroinstalation (i have to use different turn signal relay and connect dignal to RPM meter)
But all light are working as it should, indicators on gauges are working.. it seems quite good.
One of the challenge was the placement of rectifier. Because I made new rear fender out of carbon fiber I could not use it as a cooler.
So i had to cut hole and fit there some aluminium heater I found in some scrapped electronics. So now the aluminium heater is facing down to the wheel area.
I hope it is enough for this old shunt type rectifier.

And lights works well.

I also finished mounting points for gastank. I used original gastank mounting points and welded new "holders" on my gastank to fit on original rubbers. And it look that it works.
now I have to just buy new battery and try to start it up and tune the carb (I already bought different jets)
If it works tha last step is paintjob aaaaand ready to rock!
