It's not with adequate context, the demand for removal back to that date is probably not just a date grabbed out of the air. There was an agreement signed, I have seen the date of it don't remember, but the pressure from NATO growing towards Russia is and Has Been an issue. An issue from Prior to Putin.

Will THIS be enough Factual Evidence to allow the people who have been told nothing But PUTIN is a blood thirsty tyrant and it's All His Fault

He wanted us to sign that promise, never to enlarge NATO. He wanted us to remove our military infrastructure in all Allies that have joined NATO since 1997, meaning half of NATO, all the Central and Eastern Europe, we should remove NATO from that part of our Alliance, introducing some kind of B, or second class membership.

Does that sound like a reasonable demand? Would you agree to it?

Remove military infrastructure in all Allies since 97. That's like us saying remove all Russian military infrastructure movement since 1997. Think they would agree to that?

It looks to me more like a combo of unreasonable expectations and NATO expansion.

Reference to NATO's March 14, 1997 statement that in the current and foreseeable security environment, NATO will carry out its collective defense and other missions through interoperability, integration and capability for reinforcement rather than by additional permanent stationing of substantial combat forces on the territory of new members.

It might not FEEL good, but their border has been encroached upon. We wouldn't accept something sitting on our border. Well, today we would be sending the enemy food and fuel,, but,, biden..

Technically yes because they rotate the personnel and arms. How would we see it if China was pulling this? We would call it a scam. Try to water it down. The fact is, it's NOT Putin just being a bad guy. He did not Want a war. Get a lefty to wrap his head around that.
