How about we actually discuss the first amendment

And censorship?
When Is censorship justified?

Fear of serious injury cannot alone justify suppression of free speech and assembly. Men feared witches and burnt women. It is the function of speech to free men from the bondage of irrational fears.” Eventually, the Supreme Court came to embrace their view. In 1969, the Court replaced the “clear and present danger” framework with a much more rigorous principle: that the First Amendment does not “permit a State to forbid or proscribe advocacy of the use of force or of law violation except where such advocacy is directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action.”

Any thoughts?

'Fire in a crowed Theater, (or something) when their is NO fire, and someone gets hurt, etc. the 'fire' shouter gets in trouble.

Well known and accepted.

Someone on a flying airplane,  walks to the bathroom and sees a long lost friend named, 'Jack', and says 'HI' first. (And a attendant heard it)

How is that person treated ?

Perfectly OK to carry around a FAX Bloody Severed Head.
Not OK to say. F.J.B

Does it depend on the actions/proof of the people.
                 Or the 'investigator' ?

Which is More TRUE, today, than yesterday.('06, S-40, Stock) well, mostly .
