This is what the ‘revered’ Gov of AZ did.
Totally Ignore, “…the plant has seen safety concerns,…” complaints.
And come to a, “… A new program between Gov. Hobbs and TSMC microchip company is aiming to protect workers and bring more specialized apprentices to the state. …”

 ‘voluntary protection program’.


Which means TSMC, can do, whatever it wants.
They will bring in people.
And any, ‘safety’ concern will be ignored.
And if any, US People, complain.
TSMC will just bring in more experienced technicians from Taiwan !

what level the American workers could supply,

is, one of the above.

 If someone you liked used the words "connect with nature since it’s a modern “Wi-Fi Free Zone” then one would get that they mean by modern standards it is harder to get free from technology such as Wi-Fi today, as in modern day, than it was in the past.  Get out into nature, where by modern standards there is less probability of Wi-Fi.

 If someone does not like the human that said the words "connect with nature since it’s a modern “Wi-Fi Free Zone” then they will interpret it as the human is not capable of understanding Wi-Fi has not always existed and is a creation of man.

 If you thought Internet Neutrality means free internet for everyone, what category would that fit in?
