S40 won’t crank
07/17/23 at 12:44:25

I fixed a short in the rear signal wiring, went to start it up, but no crank, no clicking nothing. Replaced battery with a sealed one because old one kept leaking acid. Thought the battery might have gotten weak with all the tinkering but charged up and tested and it’s good. Lights, signals, horn works. Any suggestions where to start? I’ve read through many posts and there are many relays and starter motor and such to check. Thank you all!
