I share your frustration, both parties and their leaders belong to an old system that must come to an end.
Trump is a textbook example of someone who uses the old way and Biden is no different but just a bit more intelligent. The press is not independent. So not only in russia you are manipulated but also in the usa.

What does the new way look like? In any case, it is not the way conspiracy theory proponents proclaim. Their deposition is part of what they are resisting.
