Yeah this might be a different guy than the one putting water in his vehicle trunk.

These would be two of many mismanaged strikes over the years. I remember running across a detachment of US Army personnel lookin for a hand-launched RQ-11 drone. They indicate most of their target confirmation was just guesses.

Their "confirmations" were mostly "guesses". At the end of the day however that's how war is going to go down.
