It is a OPEN border.

However, look at the money we all are saving, not giving them FREE cell phones/service anymore.
No need for billions + of dollars, because no more Ice, Border control, surveillance equipment, cars trucks, buildings, checkpoints etc, etc, etc, necessary.
Eager to see Taxes going down.
OH wait, they will increase, Got to feed/house/healthcare all the people that never had, or never will, pay, ONE CENT.
