You probably want to clean the toilet 1st or not if it was the neighbors cat.

Reel thing had a good approach to neighbors cats. The right size HavaHart trap with a decent reward, tuna fish.. And then ya just fire the hose up and put the nozzle on Jet..
I can't imagine being the guy to open that toilet. Sounds dangerous.
