Front pulley
04/30/23 at 06:56:09

Just bought a 2005 S40. I'm downsizing from a 2001 Suzuki VS800. I don't like heavy bikes, especially ones that are water cooled and difficult to work on. I would like taller gearing on my S40. Would prefer not to do a chain conversion. I heard that a Kawasaki 450 LTD pulley might work. Anyone try this? Thanks

I modify the Kawasaki pulleys to fit a Savage.
I have a few ready to ship if you are interested.

And I also have the modified rear axle spacers so that you can use the double row pulley bearing mod that DBM came up with.
