Incorrect.
Observed reality is, 'Observed Reality'.
Such as, 'Observed Reality', of parts of the Mississippi flooding.
'Observed Reality', is seeing mart-marts close, BECAUSE of Stealing/Looting.
'Observed Reality', is seeing mart-marts stay Open, because of NO STEELING/LOOTING.
"... Not to mention the absurdity of thinking what one human observes is an analogue for the actions on an entire planet. ..."Yet it is OK for China to shut down their country, no one in - no one out,
(because their, 'Observed Reality', showed it KNEW it's lab leaked).
Should NOT be a reason for the rest of the world to be in a panic. Precautions sure, not in a outrageous, nonsensical PANIC.
(No motors on a boat will stop the spread)'Observed Reality' is just that.
Is is something that is OBSERVED.
It does not mean, Nor is it SAID, that all rivers are flooding, simply because one SAW one flooding.
'Observed Reality', also means people SAW, 100's walking around a building, taking selfies, being escorted, guided, allowed by other people in charge, not damaging a thing.
And now MOST are fined or in jail.
'Observed Reality', is 100's walking around, looting, stealing, burning down buildings, blocking traffic on a intestate, being called 'peaceful' protesters, and very few, VERY FEW, have been charged.
'Observed Reality', does NOT just mean standing at the river bank and seeing the water with their own eyes.
It is also seeing information coming from some other place they they see and hear.
