'  A Dark outlook is reasonable.  Using lies to show why is a different story.  That doesn't mean You are lying, it just means the lying source material has lied to You.

 As for this, I would expect a push for a mistrial.  Even if the actions, like pre-planning, breaking the window etc. is presentable as seditious conspiracy, they lost the right to put them to trial at all if they destroyed useable evidence.
