Brake master cylinder bore size?
02/16/23 at 08:36:18

Checked the Offbeat Measurements lists and found just about everything except the bore diameter for a 2002's master cylinder.  Anyone know that?

Am upgrading the stock brake/clutch levers and presume that I'll need to match the stock master's bore size.

Have you looked at other levers? Why would bore size matter? Why do want levers?
If it's to make pulling it in easier, get longer ones.

Because I want to upgrade to adjustable levers, because bore size can greatly affect brake feel, because, because, because...

I'm looking for an answer, not a 2-yr old's why.  Thanks anyway.

I know I've seen it listed somewhere but did a search and didn't find it again.

Pretty sure it's a common size.

I would look for the replacement master, then check for a rebuild kit or replacement seals to see if they're the same size.
