The growing economies and populations of the Asia & Africa will dwarf the rest of the world by 2100.  Cutting the use of fossil fuels in the west will have no material affect and will only lower of standard of living and make us less competitive in the world economy.

It remains to be seen what the world will look like in 2100, but it is certain that it will be very different from today.

I want to say something about being woke.

I think it's great that people want to get the best out of themselves.
The funny thing is that it is now associated with being woke.
And as soon as something has a name, it is easy to take it down.

And it's also very easy to be woke all of a sudden and think that you're doing a good job and to be superior to others.

I think it's a cheap way. because it's just a way of thinking and there is no real transformation behind it.

And then you have the people who doze off and are stuck in their old patterns and who can't go any further and don't want to anymore.

Being truly awake with real compassion is a rare commodity in this world.
